Qualification: –
Graduate (Engineering) Apprentices:
- A degree in Engineering or Technology (Full time) granted by a recognized statutory university in a relevant discipline.
- A degree in Engineering or Technology (Full time) granted by an Institution empowered to grant such degree by an Act of Parliament in a relevant discipline.
- Graduate examination of Professional bodies (Full time) recognized by the State Government or Central Government as equivalent to above.
Degree (Non-Engineering) Apprentices (Finance & HR):
- An Accounts Executive job role under PMKVY.
- MBA (HR)/MSW/Postgraduate Diploma in Personnel Management/Personnel Management & Industrial Relation (2 Years full-time Course) granted by a recognized University & Institute.
Technician Apprentice:
- A Diploma in Engineering or Technology (Full time) granted by a State Council or Board of Technical Education Established by a State Government in a relevant discipline.
- A Diploma in Engineering or Technology (Full time) granted by a University in a relevant discipline.
- A Diploma in Engineering or Technology (Full time) granted by an Institution recognized by the State Government or Central Government as equivalent to the above.
Experience: – Freshers
Age Limit: –
- The age limit will be followed as per Apprenticeship Rules
- The minimum Age Limit for Trade Apprentices is 14 years
Salary: –
- Graduate Apprentice – Rs 12,524 – 15,028/-
- Technician Apprentice – Rs 12,524/-
- Trade Apprentice – Rs 10,019/-

NLC Recruitment Apprenticeship 2023 Selection Process: –
- The selection process is based on merit.
- The selection will be based on the percentage of marks scored in ITI Trade.
- The percentage of marks obtained by the candidate’s bachelor’s degree/ Diploma/Master’s Degree and as awarded in the final qualifying examinations will be calculated based on the practice followed by the University/Institution from where the candidates has obtained the Degree/Diploma.
- In case the candidate is awarded grades/CGPA instead of marks, the percentage of marks will be based on the procedure followed by the University /Institution from where he/she has obtained the Bachelor’s Degree/ Diploma/Master’s Degree.
